Mainly, although every company needs to focus on adding to their value proposition. In layman terms, stop billing for deliverables that should not have a charge associated to them, rather provide ridiculous amounts of added value.

Great post - my only comment is that it's aimed at the 'big' boards. Niche boards continue to offer value to companies because they can aggregate job seeker audiences more effectively than most individual companies can.
