Cool site! I own defensetalent.com, a niche board that serves the defense industry. We're putting together some metrics to help us set goals about # of views per posting and # of applications per posting and I'm trying to gather data about what other niche boards expect in these areas. If you are willing to share your metrics in these areas, I'll provide you with a copy of the survey data that I collect from my research. No specific boards will be mentioned in the report. Only categories and averages will be reported, so your data will be kept confidential. We are looking for "no spin" realistic numbers, not the marketing hype that it is tempting to provide our clients.
