Horizontal Niche Job Boards..?
Our job board - Fuse Jobs (www.fusejobs.co.uk) concentrates solely on entry-level and lower-level vacancies, but cross-sector. We call it a horizontal niche market - same as executive-search but other end of the market...

I own defensetalent.com, a niche board that serves the defense industry. We're putting together some metrics to help us set goals about # of views per posting and # of applications per posting and I'm trying to gather data about what other niche boards expect in these areas. If you are willing to share your metrics in these areas, I'll provide you with a copy of the survey data that I collect from my research. No specific boards will be mentioned in the report.
